provides customers with peace of mind when purchasing a new mattress. Where a customer is dissatisfied with the comfort level of their new mattress, they can exchange it*

The guarantee is limited to one exchange per original purchase.

The mattress needs to be slept on for a minimum of 5 nights (to allow your body to adjust to the new mattress) and a maximum of 14 nights from the date the mattress was delivered. No exceptions are allowed.

A mattress that is damaged or soiled in any way, will be exempt from the 14-night comfort exchange guarantee. Therefore, we strongly recommend that a waterproof mattress protector be used on the mattress at all times.

The current sale price will be applied to the replacement mattress (less the amount of the original mattress purchase).

No refund will be given if the replacement mattress is of lesser value than the original mattress purchase price.

Since the original mattress purchase is no longer wanted (by the customer) a 10% cancellation fee (of the mattress portion of the sale) and a pick-up fee of $99 will be charged to customers for the comfort exchange service. Other locations please contact store for pricing.

This policy does not apply to sales of floor stock or ‘clearance’ mattresses.

This policy does not include unusual sizes such as 'Split Queen' or 'Long Single'.

Does not include warranty issues.

The owner or manager of ‘Beds Beds Beds’ will have absolute discretion as to the application of these terms and conditions.
